Studies show that multitasking doesn’t exist. It’s FAKE NEWS! “Multitasking” is really just “task-switching” and causes you to not give each task the proper attention it needs. Break the habit, focus on ONE task at a time. Here’s 3 steps to help you do that:
1- Be intentional
– Before you begin your task, ask yourself, “What is my outcome I’m trying to accomplish?”
– PAUSE and think about that outcome as your intention.
– Take Action!
2- Throw multitasking out the window and prioritize the most important task that you have every day.
3- Leave a blank space, 15- 20 minutes, for your distraction items: Phone, email, etc.
These 3 steps are what’s going to have your effort go a longer way and help you have HAPPIER CLIENTS, BETTER RESULTS, MAKE MORE MONEY, AND ENJOY THE RIDE!
