If you give people on your team a big enough why to come up with the answer you make them want to take responsibility. A lot of leaders try to educate their team into taking responsibility and it never happens. Holding you team members accountable for taking responsibility for the business and holding them accountable for finding the solution to challenges will create a solid group that is on the same page and is serving Vision, Patients, Team and Profit at the highest level.
