76: Who Is Your Mentor?

In this video

Do you have a mentor? Do you need one? It is important that you know that it is not up to anyone but you to develop you. So, while having a mentor to learn from is helpful, you need to develop your own self awareness and drive to succeed. Take responsibility for your growth. Wherever you are in your personal development (your leadership lid), there is nothing that can exceed it until you grow yourself. The leadership lid is the area that you need to continue to move upward so that everything else in your life can growth in tandem. When you grow yourself, your results will grow.
