After selling two of his own companies by the age of 28, he moved into consulting with a firm that worked with Fortune 500 companies on organization design, and soon after launched two of his own consulting firms in short succession. Currently, as the CEO of the Spark Policy Institute, he conducts research and evaluation to help organizations execute strategic plans in the social and public sectors. Kyle’s work is unique in that he operates with the belief that being socially responsible creates the best results in both impact and profitability.
